ORDERING
Because we make our chocolates when you order, please allow up to 2 days to make your order. During the winter
holidays it may take up to 5 days, so if you need an order by a certain date, please plan ahead and order early.
We will ship as soon as your order is ready. Orders ship Mon-Wed using 2nd day air to prevent chocolates from
sitting on a truck over a weekend, this way they arrive in perfect condition.

SUMMER HEAT
We ship all year round throughout the U.S. and from May through September we use special box liners and ice
packs to make sure you chocolates arrive in perfect condition. Your handling charges will be higher during the
summer months, but you will never run out of chocolates during these warmer months. We only ship 1-2 day air
delivery in order to ensure that chocolates arrive in excellent condition. We reserve the right to ship with this
method outside these timelines should the weather warrant it.

RESTRICTIONS
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we are not able to ship outside of the U.S.
Be sure to include appropriate suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery.

STORAGE
After you receive your chocolates we recommend you keep them in a cool, dry place, approximately 60-70
degrees and 50% humidity. Our chocolates are made with fresh ingredients and no preservatives, so they will stay
fresh approximately 8 weeks and last 4 months or longer if frozen in tightly covered container.
